The founders of True Classic, a Los Angeles-based men’s apparel brand have hit on something.
Talk to guys about how they shop and they admit that when they find a great fit, they buy it in multiples.
True Classic believes it’s retooled the way men shop for fit, convenience and price. The direct-to-consumer brand with sizes up to 3XL is opening stores including one last week at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.
The brand started in 2019 when co-founder and CEO Ryan Bartlett talked some friends into the initial investment of $3,000 to design and bring a good-fitting T-shirt at a good price to market. True Classic has since expanded to other basic men’s wardrobe essentials and has generated total sales of $250 million through its first four years.
